  • All eligible candidates, even those not in attendance, will be introduced at District Conventions during the national town hall.
  • The National HQ will be responsible for producing web accessible information for each candidate which shall be the official content that is posted on the National Website, the National Convention Website, and any place else determined suitable by the National Committee on Nominations or the National Council.  This website shall contain all appropriate materials you have submitted to the committee along with any official communication activities produced through the committee (Podcasts, Zoom Sessions etc.)
  • The National Committee on Nominations will facilitate at least 1 and no more than 2 Zoom interviews per candidate for slating purposes. These interviews will be recorded and only viewed by the committee for slating.
  • You are welcome to interact with brothers and chapters outside of district conventions if you are invited to participate in an event such as a chapter meeting. However, candidates should not schedule or host individual meet and greets, zoom, or teleconference sessions.
  • The use of social media is allowed, although when using pictures taken with Brothers or tagging Brothers in a post related to your campaign, you must get their consent first. Examples of past uses of social media include:

  • The Nominations Committee deliberations are confidential. Neither candidates nor committee members should discuss the deliberations process in any respect. Candidates should not approach committee members about the process or next steps. All fraternity members will receive information on the candidates and the process prior to the National Convention as outlined in the Kappa Kappa Psi National Constitution, and consistent with these guidelines (see above).
  • Any and all questions about the process should be sent to the Nominations Committee Chair, Adam Cantley. If any candidate, committee member, or brother has a concern during the convention season, they should reach out to Nominations Committee Chair Adam Cantley and National President Bang Co.
