To continue the tradition of honoring members of Tau Beta Sigma and members of collegiate bands who are serving or who have served in the US Armed Forces, TBS will present the Briolette at National Convention.
Modeled after the Kappa Kappa Psi Gold Star recognition of 1947, and in accordance with the military recognition both Councils conducted at the 2007 National Convention in Orlando, TBS is proud to offer four distinct tributes:
Gold Briolette Memorial for Sisters who have passed while serving our country with a memorial resolution from the national council;
Blue Briolette Recognition for Sisters who are currently serving our country or are veterans;
Silver Briolette Memorial for Band members who have passed while serving our country with a memorial resolution from the national council;
White Briolette Recognition for Band members who are currently serving our country or are veterans.
